Britannia Developers has been in the real estate business since 2001, as an Estate Agent trading under the name of Megalion Enterprises Ltd in Cyprus. We have been and still developing in the UK, in the Norfolk area as sole traders. We established ourselves in Cyprus and we now moved from the real estate business to Developing. We have 2 projects at this present time of which one of the them consist of 18, 2-3 bedrooms quality homes (some with and some without a swimming pool) in the Famagusta area, at a Village called Avgorou. The second project, again in Avgorou, consist of 18, 3 bedrooms villas, and 12, 3 bedrooms masionettes. Our company is acutely aware of the need to keep pace with the development of technologies and building process, in order to provide our clients with the highest quality materials and energy efficient designs, ensuring that the finished property matches the exacting standards required by the purchaser. We use the finest building materials in all aspects of the construction, and we look at each project on an individual basis, in order to accommodate for our clients wishes, relating to issues such as utilising internal space fully, maximising the external space available, and designing and creating an environment dictated by the client's wishes. Britannia Developers no longer trade in the real estate business, as we now developing our own homes and we need to focus 100% on our projects, making sure we give 100% service to our clients. Our offices are located in Sotira, a village which is only 15 minutes from our building sites, and the staff and management are always available to assist you
